    You cannot honestly blame what the Communists did on Serbia. Furthermore, Eisenhower foricbly sent millions of people of many nationalities to death under the Communists.

    Eishenhow also killed millions of Germans AFTER the war ended.

    Also, you can't truly blame what happened on Serbia because of what FD Roosevelt agreed to let the Communists in Russia do to the people of Yugoslavia after the war.
