    Wrong.... per the SCOTUS ....14th amendment... section five..... Congress impeaches and removes before prosecution.

    The SCOTUS literally changed nothing in its ruling...

    Do you want to compare this to false claims to inciting a violent protest at the Capitol, with hate speech of "Hitler" by a president to incite this assassination attempt?

    This could be a opportunity for Americans to come together and to condemn the political violence and extremism from both sides. Biden already has done so. Let's see what Trump will say. Unfortunately, I fear that the hyperpartisans will exploit this for political gain.

    No more than Trump was not involved with his "peacefully and patriotically" comment started J6... if they want to go for Trump for incitement, then the same goes for for Joe Biden...

    It's not us trying to jail our opponent.
    It's not us trying to ballot strip our opponent.
