Should executive privilege apply to Trump's tax returns?

Every citizen has the right, created by law, to have his or her irs records kept secret.

 

The IRS Tax returns are not designed as a confession one commits crimes. There are no IRS schedules that describe crimes.

 

Not when the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee asks for them.

Why? All you have to do is pay some sort of logical attention to his IRS history! What possible reason would the left need to look into something the IRS has already done? Other then to apply some devious bullshit that would be nothing more than another act of empty sensationalism to feed their base with is all.. They have the right to see them. They are investigating a number of matters including possible violations of the Emoluments Clause which the IRS has no mandate to reveal. If there's nothing to hide why doesn't Don embarrass the Dems by releasing them to prove it?

No they don't, if they really wanted to see them or have them explained by a professional agency they would simply have the IRS relay their finding for ten years! And anyone with a the slightest bit of logic would know there is nothing there or he would have been in court long before he was in the white house LOL.

Some states are moving to require taxes to be released in order for a candidate to be listed on a state ballot. So it may not be a voluntary matter in the future.

I have had returns sent to me by the IRS. But not without the express consent of the client.

I do not accept that congress has more rights than we all have.

Request the returns for any family member Try getting them without the members expressly written consent.
