Banning groups from holding office is discrimination. Terrorists should be prosecuted when discovered.

So, you really have no point, just babbling.

It's obvious you know nothing of at least one of those religions.

Unfortunatly that is the way it works, or at least on paper it works that way.

If we had enough votes, we could vote in a KKK member, or a Nazi.
But that is the way our system works.

We have a First Amendment and have no need to take the alleged Religious, seriously if they cannot obey Ten simple Commandments from their god.

Some religions don't have 10 commandments.

We should be grateful to the Judeans for simplifying to Ten simple Commandments.

    Just pick the ten best.

Then we have to first establish a moral code.
What will send you to heaven in one religion can send you to hell in another.

why is that? Ten simple Commandments from a god is a moral code.

    we have a First Amendment.

do we need to ask the Religious for subject matter specialists to Inquire into the moral rectitude of Persons alleging Religion?

ten commandments are fine if everyone is the same religion.
Then you don't need a first amendment.

Per the Constitution (Article VI), we cannot bar them from holding governmental public office based on their religion.

And, that, is against the Constitution. Ronstar, try reading it. You'll be surprised at what's in it.

(See Article VI for the answer about religion and public office)

Canon law is the law of the Church. It has no effect on the law of the country. Glad you are branching out in posting.
