Should the Maldives have nukes?

By definition, a guerrilla force doesn't have nukes, nor tanks, nor fleets, nor air force, etc. Guerrillas are light forces - their heaviest weapons are machineguns, mortars, RPGs. Maybe some rocket artillery, but that takes time to horse into place, set up & sight in. They're irregulars, they hit & run, cache their weapons & fade into the population.

The same set of issues that keep every country from having nuclear weapons will also stop guerrillas from having expertise with nukes. There's a minimum level of technical proficiency to arming & detonating - & no one - TMK - is sufficiently crazed to put an idiot-proof nuke on the market, if such a thing even exists.
