IMO, Trump will never see the inside of a jail cell. Biden will pardon him before that. I find it highly unlikely with the deep cognitive dissonance of about 70 million Americans that support him. He is also unfortunately a member fo a very exclusive club of only 46 in the world.

I wish I am wrong but I don't think so.

You don't even care that he's getting railroaded. Just as long as he goes to jail. Right?

There's nothing even reasonable about the topic and it certainly wasn't written by a wise man so I could see why it would be appealing to some.

And as much of your opinion as you give on this board you are not really the one that should preach at others about not giving their opinion

He's getting the same right of every criminally charged defendant. He's has the financial means to have full due process in the criminal justice system. The Rule of Law is the cornerstone of protecting rights and freedoms. Your "railroading" victim mentality claim is just that, the melting whine of MAGA snowflakes.

Except the right to not be falsely prosecuted. That right isn't being afforded to him.

First sentence is pure B/S. A trial and jury will decide that, not you unless you can get yourself on one. Give it a shot....

    I say go for it.

Have a predawn SWAT raid of Mar A Lago, have a shootout with Secret Service, have CNN film the whole thing, and drag Trump out in his underwear and toss him in a van.

I really want to see what happens to this country when that happens. They're going to end up doing something like that anyway, so shoot your shot.

That for a trial, judge and jury to decide, you know, due process.

That's assuming that they take down the Secret Service detail.

The opposite scenario is, there are a half-dozen, or so bodies of New York state troopers laying dead on the lawn and the Secret Service is inside reloading, getting ready to repel a second wave.

Due process requires that the charges be legitimate.

They are, that's why the trial continues. Judge/ jury will dismiss or sign off.

Would that count as a civil war I wonder?

They should probably just call the Secret Service detail and order them to stand down and leave the area, because it's going to messy.

The Fulton County DA's office couldn't even say how Trump committed a crime and the charges had to be dropped...lol

Assuming he doesn't commit suicide in his jail cell.

"Darn it! That camera went out again?"

It was 91 WBK, (3 of the 6) related to Agent Oranges were dismissed without prejudice, which leaves 88 genius.

I hope with your Trump U law degree you understand what that means in bold.
