    Irrelevant to my post.

    I'm talking about what happens on the street between cops and the public. This is one less law the cops can use as an excuse to stop people of color.

    I dont need to be in the KKK to recognize that in Minnesota blacks make up 10% of the population but commit 76% of the murders. And it isnt because white people are racist.
