Most people (atheists) are ignorant of what Christians believe about science including evolution. The atheists and SH's believe that we Christians and spiritual people in general stopped learning anything new since the infamous 1920's scopes monkey trial (which the creationists WON). So allow me to educate those atheists and SH (99% of you) that are functionally clueless of modern christian beliefs. I will began class with new words; I am sure after I present the words and concepts, many SHs and atheists here will claim foreknowledge even as I hear the clicks of their keypads spelling our the search request on GOOGLE ...ha ha.. Oh yes the words, we will begin with ; 'Progressive Creationism'. There are other words that most fundy atheists are unaware of but I will save them for later. PC is PC ha ha. Progressive Creationists accept that the world is billions of years old and accept most modern scientific theory as do the general rank and file Christians! So it may come as a sunrise to the atheists and SH's that most Christians believe that science and their religion is compatible, it's the YE creationists that have a problem with most scientific evidences and conclusions. Functionally speaking, the mainstream Christian viewpoint rejects their own creation story to support the idea that God set the natural system in motion; that abiogenesis and evolution is a product of a universe god created for that purpose. This, of course, makes no sense from a rational or theological viewpoint, but it's just about the only way to reconcile modern science with Christianity. It's no surprise to atheists that lots of Christians can lie to themselves. Sure, yeah, human endeavors rooted in evidence and reason tend to express an anti-God bias... because there is no evidence even supporting its existence, let alone its supposed involvement in natural processes or the origin of the universe. Christians who accept science have to compromise on their faith. They have to essentially invent scripture in order to back their scientific understanding. Which really just goes to show how compelling the scientific evidence for an atheist universe really is.
The fact that the post brings up Darwinism at the end it, shows that christians are indeed ignorant of what Evolution is. Paint whatever picture one would like, but at then end of the day, a creationist is an creationist: an ignorant creature on what Evolution really is.
