Sounds yummy. I love CH from the rotisserie.
As for Christmas...season begins with commercials for the Shirley Temple movies, and that started several weeks ago.

 

Hah! I refuse to see or process anything Christmas related until Thanksgiving has come and gone, and so for me none of that existed. It's a knack.

 

Dinner sounds yummy, G. Add some sliced onions and your wife's salad is my fav, too.

Since Thanksgiving was late this yr, Christmas might be a crunch. But the good news is I think I've found the 5 $5 diva gifts I'll need by next weekend... at the corner Walgreens. Scotch tape dispensers that look like high heel shoes. Five bucks... now lets hope they have 5 by the time I drag my butt outta the house today.

 

Calamity Jane made it back home. After locking my keys in the car at the cemetary. Good grief. Luckily dad had his tracphone with him (mine was locked in the car with the keys), so I called the house for rescue service. Coulda called AAA, but come on now, you're where???

Rescue man made it with spare key, mom has beautiful poinsettias... and later I found the perfect diva gifts for our luncheon next Sun. Thx to the help of friendly store mgr (how rare is THAT?) Her store had 2... but she found another store that had 7. Made a mad dash for the $9.99 gift on sale for $5. Perfect Diva gift.



Ho Ho Ho has officially started.

Since I use T-Mobile, I prob should ask... but since I've had no trouble, don't really wanna hear.

My wife wanted the new Galaxy Note 3 from T-Mobile. I spent over five hours online dealing with some bonehead who couldn't figure out how to check us out. THEN we went to one T-Mobile store where the guys said "I'm outta phones! go to this other store!" Not exactly awe-inspiring service.

We went to the other store and got her the phone. When I typed that I was in the first store and was starting to get the migraine I have now.

 

I have the Note 2 and luv it. But I agree about the stores. What is it about those stores? It's like everybody who used to hang out at the barber shop, now cruises the cell phone stores. I stopped in at one store right after I got my phone because I had a question about how to do something. After waiting 10 min to see somebody, they suggested I make an APPT for assistance! Good grief!

Since then I do everything I can online and haven't had any more issues. Hope your wife likes her new Note 3... wonder what it'll do that mine won't?

 

Actually it was T-Mobile ONLINE that caused most of my stress. It was the second store that had me out the door fairly quickly, phones in hand.

I'm still working on what the phones do - right now I'm trying to load all my songs into it. It's - not going well.

 

I have a radio app called Heart Radio thats been known to turn on all by itself. I still dont know how to shut off the dang thing so I have to go to the Application Mgr to shut it down. Finally learned to use most features, but it's still smarter than me.

 

Good mornin, falena. Guess its about time to put up a tree in the bar. Shall we drag out the one from last year or spring for a new one?

(You know last year's still smells like smoke from Ange's Christmas dinner, but we could prob cover it up with pine spray.)
