    Nice to see you back, Viv. Just in time for a trip to the Ozarks! Now don't take these pics too seriously. Of course, there are SOME people who look like that in Arkansas... but at least 10% of their inhabitants are NORMAL!!!

    (LOL... don't kill me, Kimi... you're one of the 10%, g/f!)

    talk about hand fishing, what about those guys who go in the swamps to hunt for food, swamp men or so, man they are some funny chaps.

    Shang, ...dinner menu....

    Eggplant/penne pasta (for lack of lasagne/lasagna pasta) lasagne, with pork and lamb. Nice fresh spinach, tomato and ripe olive salad w/balsamic vinaigrette.

    I don't Think Ozzie was ever seen in some Bar.
    What would be the instant benefit of goin' to a Ozark Bar.
    Would I come out of bar with a smile or a chickie poo on me arm.

    For what it's worth, I typed out an explanation of the avatar steps for the "Ragin Cajun" question... then ZAP.............. the post was gone.

    not sure if it was a glitch or what, but I temporarily changed my avatar, and the function is working properly.

    Update, for all you guys biting your nails and sitting on the edge of your seat...

    Eggplant/penne lasagne came out perfectly! lol No smoke or anything!

    Yes, too early yet for dinner (for me), but I took a little dish (5" sq. pyrex) so my sweet little neighbor friend could have lunch... she just recently turned 87.

    :giggle:

    It was a hit!

    I think someone mentioned my nickname yesterday... "stripped sna... stripped snak...," well maybe not. lol
