She is a republican and frankly I cannot spend my life with someone who agrees with right wing extremism. Sucks because I did really like her. I suppose it was not meant to be.
it's not your fault. a lot of guys go impotent when they realize their woman is smarter and makes more money. you need an earmark.
That's stupid. You guys could have gotten along just fine if you had always avoided discussing politics. I have known many Republican and Democrat couples who married because they realized that there was life outside of politics and they built perfectly happy families together.
You're bad. I can't tell yet if the OP is serious, or it's just another of those partisan threads. Jury still out.
Dude I thought you were a fart smucker? I mean smart (*)(*)(*)(*)er Why would you even get into a relationship like that?
have you considered safety glasses if you're not going to put out that cigarette while you're smucking farts?
Breaking up with someone, you claim you really like, because of political affiliation is an immature thing to do. You either broke up for other reasons or you should probably call her up and ask forgiveness for being petty and hope she takes you back.
If you can't realize there's more to life than just politics, then you did her a huge favor..... w/o a doubt, she'll find a man who'll appreciate her fo rwho she is.....
republican women are the prettiest, with the most best christian values. i could never dump one and settle for the other side, i usually hide my communist beliefs at her family table.
LOL, this thread just made me think of dating an Obama supporter. ~shudder~ I'm sure the g/f was greatly relieved and the OP shouldn't worry... there's probably a real sweet liberal bimbo out there just waiting for someone like him.
I'm dating an Obama supporter and he even voted for him twice. We don't agree on everything politically speaking but there are so many other things that we connect on outside of politics that I just cannot imagine leaving him over something as silly as the fact that he voted in a way I disagree with. It just seems so trivial when we connect on 99% of everything else.
Is he a union man? In my circle, the only Obama supporters I don't have a problem with are union members. After all, they're just looking to feather their owns nests... can't fault 'em there.
No he's not. In fact he's not even that interested in politics, certainly not as much as I am. lol He does have his few personal views when it comes to politics, usually liberal, and we are both pretty liberal when it comes to social policy, but he doesn't talk about it much otherwise.
