I began to ask myself very similar questions after running into some specific comments on
homosexuality / bisexuality by a near death experiencer.

OK, I guess I have to ask: did you have a near death experience? I can't imagine any other reason why someone would get so fixated on that, and try to insert NDEs into every conceivable conversation, no matter how far removed.

 

Laws explicitly defining marriage as one man/one woman have not always been in place in the USA. If they had, there would have been no need to start passing them again starting in the 1970s, or via amendments saying the same thing.

Lying isn't persuasive.

 

Nobody cares anymore. LGBT will soon become the white male to politicians, irrelevant.

 

Then why do you constantly lie. The limitation to men and women dates to the beginning of the institution. The fact that many states eliminated specific provisions that treated the men and women differently in the 60s and 70s making it less explicit changes nothing. Marriage has ALWAYS been between "men AND women" up until this century. NOT men OR women

 

Show us the laws before 1970 that gave a definition of marriage, explicitly defining it as one man/one woman.

 

Well Its good we rectified that mistake.

 

Hopefully we will rectify many mistakes. One of them being the delusion that Transgender are entitled to use w.e bathroom they want. Such mongoloids to actually believe that's reasonable.
