    TNG Earth is a utopia for slackers controlled weather, replicators and you just have to behave and find something to bull(*)(*)(*)(*) doing be a poet or a street performer or free thinker as far as I can tell they will never let anyone starve or go without basic care. It would be awesome what will they do if you opt not to work let you starve to death in the cold that would look bad. LOL
