State wants answers from Zimmerman

Remember during the second bond hearing when O'Mara asked Judge Lester if George could testify without being cross-examined?

It's funny that all of his fans are still lying and holding out hope that he will testify during the jury trial when the only reason that O'Mara never scheduled the immunity hearing was that defense would have had to have gone first and George would have had to take the stand otherwise there would have been no point in the immunity hearing at all.

Yes they were broke. I wonder if the State will use all the financial information ( using the donations to pay off old credit cards) which they gathered in preparation to revoke George's bond during the trial to prove that George and Shellie were up to their necks in debt and about to get evicted even though his parents paid their rent.

I hope the State humiliates them just like George and his family have attempted to humiliate Trayvon's family only for seeking justice for him.

 

Trayvon could have easily passed for 15 or even 14 because he had a baby face.

When I think about what happened that night it's difficult to sort out. First it's defies common sense and then I don't know whether to cry or punch the wall when I hear people trash Trayvon whose only crime that night was Walking While Black.

 

Agree 100%, if Trayvon would have been white Zimmerman would've never even noticed he was walking down the street. It amazes me listening to the racist haters on this forum basically trash a young teenage, black kid whom they know nothing about and pat this coward on the back and for what? But we know he was just 5'11" and all this pictures of him towering over everyone he is just standing next to midgets and abnormaly short store shelves, and code violation store counter tops and code violation school doors.

 

Now you're saying that the ME lied on Trayvon's autopsy report?

If Trayvon was so theatening and menacing then that was another reason for George to stay his fat azz in his truck and wait for the authorities but instead he thought he was John Wayne and turned out to be freaking Barney Fife and it cost an innocent young man his life.

Oh I know George felt like a big man because he was packing heat that night contrary to that convoluted story (lie) he repeated during the Hannity interview about not knowing he had his gun until he saw Trayvon look down and see it and then they fought over it. LOL

 

No, the ME put an asterisk next to the height on the report. You just choose to ignore it.

Because on the original autopsy report, on page 2 of 6, there is NO ASTERISK next to the statement that the victim measured at 71 inches.

 

Alright, my bad. It's been some time since I looked at the report and I was thinking the "rigor mortis is complete" comment that follows the height was an asterisk to the height. Separate sentence. Rigor mortis of course causes a bending in the joints which can effect the measured height. I don't know if the ME took this into account or if he just noted 71 inches in full rigor mortis. Perhaps they'll answer that question at trial.

 

I'm saying that a body in rigor bends at the knees and hips. It is a far more likely conclusion that the ME report is wrong due to rigor than it is to ignore mountains of photographic and video evidence and the statements of his family that shows Martin was between 6'1" and 6'3".

Which is more likely. that's Martin just happened to always be standing next to midgets and code violation doors and counters or that a single ME report was off a few inches due to rigor?

Well when you are standing next to someone who is 5'6", 5'8" or 5'9" you do usually tend to look taller than they are when you are standing at 5'11". I can't help but laugh when I hear folks like you look at a picture and tell us how tall someone is over a man who actually examined and measured him. ie. ME.

Oh that must mean he was actually 6'4", he just put 5'11" to throw everybody off.

 

It’s more likely that you cannot get a measurement from a picture, and are hoping that people are stupid enough to believe you, which they are not

 

And then noted Rigor. But they still don't understand it, and thats fine. Its obvious none of them ever had any medical training.
