    Hahaha, 4 games to 0. A billion dollars well spent on the Yankee talent roster this year.

    Well I'll be rooting for the Tigers. I wanted it to be the Washington Nats/Cincinnati Reds vs the Tigers. Underappreciated teams FTW.

    I just hope it's not another Cardinals year. I'm tired of them.

    I had been hoping for Nats-Orioles...but as long as the Yankees are gone, I'm happy! Too bad the series didn't end with A-rod striking out.

    My Dad was a St. Louis Browns fan, despised the Cardinals...they (the Browns) moved to Baltimore in the 50's and became the Baltimore Orioles.
    I was hoping for an Orioles - Cardinals World Series, but it looks like a re-match of the '06 WS.

    Tigers v. Cardinals

    I'm giving an edge to the Tigers for outstanding pitching, but the Cardinals are resilient. This could be the Tigers' year.

    I had the great pleasure of meeting Sparky Anderson on a golf course not too long before he died. I hope they can win this one for him... one of my childhood heroes.
