Yes. I was disappointed in Barr. He did not seem interested in the evidence which supported doing forensic audits in the six cities in the swing states. He seemed satisfied with recounting possibly fraudulent votes was all that was required. I was also deeply disappointed that the SCOTUS refused to consider the lawsuit from Texas. Every citizen of the US has standing if there is possible election fraud in a named state in a federal election. We all have to live with the consequences if that fraud changes outcomes. Clarence Thomas summarized that very well.

 

Yeah. So many signed affidavits stating that they had witnessed STACKS of uncreased mail in ballots being tabulated. Stacks of mail in ballots IN sequential numerical order. Stacks of nothing but votes for President only. And they do recounts of the same ballots and declare there is NO evidence of election fraud proven by the recount. The conspiracy theory has been "debunked". WTF?

 

Not if you have a house of representatives willing to call out the fraud. 3 times in our nations history the vote was taken away from the electoral college and the president was selected by the house of representatives. 2020 would have been an appropriate 4th time. Especially after a 10 day delay Pence could have insisted upon to expose the fraud.
AND in my opinion, all the COVID election law changes made by state executives and courts in violation of the US Constitution that mandates only state legislators can write election law, by itself makes the 2020 election illegitimate.
In my opinion the deep states hiding of the Biden laptop and their false propaganda that it was a Russian information campaign to again sway the election like they did in 2016, by itself makes the 2020 election illegitimate.

Hell, could argue that just the Zuck bucks in violation of law renders the election illegitimate.

 

Agreed. And the distribution of Zuck bucks greatly in favor of blue and swing states as opposed to red states is included in Trump’s points to the SCOTUS.
