According to recent reports, Chief Justice John Roberts might have signed off on Interpol to have Obama impeached on the grounds of multiple counts of treason.

The charges against our current President range from declaring war without the consent of Congress, to making several Executive Orders on gun control, to unilateral decisions regarding immigration, and many more.

IMO: We should try Kerry and Holder for Treason along with 0bama. Holder for supplying the Mexican drug cartels with guns in an attempt to further the left's gun control laws. Kerry for helping Iran, a sworn enemy of the America people, get nuclear weapons and $150b that is already being pledged to support for terrorists.

The list of crimes against our security and our freedom is long and beyond question.

I doubt the source. Do you have a better one?

It would be like believing MediaMatters, DailyKos, or ThinkProgress.

    bArticle III
    Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

    Section 2
1: The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State;10 --between Citizens of different States, --between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

2: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

Do you see anything here that causes you to believe that the Supreme Court can't act like a court of law and issues warrants when needed?? The Constitution says - "In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction." So if they have original Jurisdiction in these cases why could they not sign a warrant in a case where a State is charging the President with treason? A warrant would be required to get all of the treasonous communications between 0bama and Holder and between 0bama and Kerry.

Because the case would not be between another branch of government and the president executive privilege would not stop a warrant regarding charges brought by a state - Texas maybe.

lol. Not to mention that Politifact story dates it well over a year ago.

Some of the other "americannews.com" stories they debunked:

IMO; Any previous President, taking actions as Obama has, would have been impeached and convicted, probably within the first two years of office. However because he happens to be Black and the first such President, this has and remains impossible...and I mean for ANY action he has or will take in the next 18 months. Unfortunately, I have to agree, knowing there would be rioting in the streets of every urban area in this country. What I sincerely hope, is that it doesn't keep other potential minority people, from either seeking or obtaining the office.....

Won't happen and the next president, either party, will keep all the power Obama grabbed.

There's nothing here but a laundry list of law breaking.I don't even recognize the
source of the apparent rumor.Roberts name is never mentioned or the person
    leveling the rumor.
All Roberts has to do is simple.Show proof that at Obama's Re-swearing in in
2009 in the White House map room and asked for a Bible none was to be found in
the WH. A Lady reporter present { very few were present at the Re-swearing in
could have sworn a strange large book was used instead of a Bible.}.
It was Roberts after all who did the Inaugural Swearing-in and also the Re-swear
the next day.Roberts and Obama share the same alma mater { Harvard }.

This sort of thinking is what creates bananna republics. For almost 240 years America has had an orderly transition of power because we do not prosecute ex-presidnets for the political and national security decisions they have made and that allows Presidents to leave office without having to make a power grab for a lifetime Presidency. There is a reason why tin-horn dictatorships are set up and unless you think America would be better off imitating the governments of Haiti and Guatamala, then perhaps this reckless talk of impeaching or imprisoning ex-Presidents should end. I would never want to live in a country where a President's political decisions are reviewed in criminal court.

Where in the Constitution would I go to read about the role of Interpol in the impeachment process?

You have some reason to believe a US court can issue a warrant to an entity not subject to US jurisdiction?

Uh... it would take a two/thirds vote in the Senate to remove him from office, and they won't even lift a finger to protect the treaty clause of the US Constitution. Someone might be very confused.

The GOP is not going to impeach the first black President. He knows, they know it, the American People know it. He is a lame duck quacking up a storm and the clock is running out on him, so let the sand run.

More fantasies from right wing fanatics who have seen GOP lame duck lawmakers continually defeated. If it limps and quacks its a GOP lawmaker.

    Obama owns GOP lawmakers.

Reminds me of that old party game where a sentence is repeated secretly from one person to another and the fun is where the original sentence is compared to the final rendition...completely different from the original..:)
