Supreme Court rules race based affirmative action programs are unconstitutional

I don't see why a University cannot have a certain quota for different categories. One based on merit the other based on affirmative action and another quota based on cost.

They do this in australia. By far the largest quarter is for merit but they do leave spaces for scholarships for disadvantaged people and quotas of course for very high paying international students.

 

If you have a quota for anything other than merit then you are effectively taking away seats from more deserving people. This has a negative effect on so much. I guarantee it hinders innovation and economic flow in the long run. The best and brightest should get the seats. Basing anything on race is stupid. The color of one’s skin literally means nothing in the end. What matters is increasing human capital by intelligence rather than by race. And that’s just the ethical argument.

we also can’t forget the constitutional argument that literally says race should not be discriminated against and when you pick one race over the other you are discriminating one or more races.

 

Laugh all you want...the hate comes from your side. Can't argue against it. Not debatable. Just a fact that some people enjoy the thrill they get from hatred.
