You know.. Obama was in error, but he was trying to show respect for a leader many years his senior. Its not the worst faux pas.. At least he didn't kiss him.

I have met King Abdullah and he doesn't permit any Saudis to kiss him or bow or kiss his hand.

    He is an exceptional leader.

That wasn't covered specifically except that Palestinians would have the right to return to the occupied territories.

It was a sweet deal for Israel and a capitulation on the part of the Arabs.

Rather than stick to substantiating your assertions, you go off on a tangent and introduce strawmen arguments. You frequently do this. Now, as I stated, your initial statement was plainly false. Iran has not pre-emptively attacked anybody for centuries and Israel has in relatively recent years attacked Lebanon and Palestine. This is indisputable fact, rendering your statement bullcrap.

I know, but Iran does make trouble by proxy with Hamas, Hezbollah and Al Houthis..

They have also carried out many operations in Saudi Arabia for the past 40 years.

I have always had hopes for Iran.. I know longer feel that way..

And NOW, the Iranian leadership is so bloody fractured that they claim Ahmadajenidad is planning a military coup.

Iran is in trouble.. Their oil production is in decline.. they are importing $6 billion in gas every year and rationing gas .. They need $48 billion to develop South Pars.

Time for Iran to rethink their position.. or it will end badly for sure.

I remeber when it was mentioned here, i dont remember the detalis possibly they were not fully described to Israeli public..., there are bigger forces in play here than 2 nations that seek peace i'm afraid.

Yes.. the Israelis want more land and water assets. That's hardly a new issue.

No, you are wrong here, peace is priority 1, water and land mean nothing when you dont have security, the only thing that is holding back israelis is the thoght that is will get worse if we draw back, that's the only rational the right is chanting again and again, no one speaks of biblical rights anymore exept religous groups that hardly pass the Parliment votes threshold anyway,

The concern of israelis is that everywhere israel pulls back from ,the Hamas will take over and get better aim for his rockets or launching terror attacks, thats why Bibi wants to get recognition from Abbas so if Hmas will do it it will be illigal and no one could say it's "resistance".

A JUST peace is the only avenue to security... Hamas can be cut dead by a peace agreement.

In Arab culture men of equal status frequently kiss. Subjects and servants bow to royalty.

BS. The plan mandates that ALL refugees have the right of return to anywhere within Israel or territories, or compensation if they prefer.

????? I would expect any recognition of Israel would lead to a violent reaction from Hamas. Abbas would have a target painted on his back.

Of course, those familiar with history know that every time the arabs and israelis were close to a peace agreement, iran would order a suicide bombing by its terrorist proxy army, hamas, to derail the whole plan.
