It is the liberals that are trying to make this about terrorism, just like they tried to make Obama opposition about race. What will be next? What could possibly trump "terrorist"? I cannot think of anything worse, but I bet the liberals will...as soon this new label wears off. No matter what they come up with, we will have to press the pause button to take time to combat the lies/labels, then we can push on back to discussing policy.
Thank you for sharing that. It demonstrates me to be correct. The charge that Biden called the Tea Party congressmen "Terrorists" is anonymous hearsay. Let's assume for a second that Biden did say that on "Meet the Press". He said something like "Those Tea Partiers in the House were acting like Terrorists in drawing no quarter for us to cave to their demands....holding the threat of default over our heads if we didn't give in". OK. He hypothetically would have insulted congressional tactics by some congressmen. They were the target of his ire. Why then would a couple of Iowans who identify with the Tea Party be personally insulted? unless they are emotionally bound in some sick way to the people in congress? Would an Obama sychophant similarly say "I am not a communist!", as if they were personally called a communist....and not Obama? If they would, I would consider it the same sort of mental/emotional dysfunction.

None of them have been elected by a Tea Party push, either. Duh. The TP and R party is generally moving in a small L libertarian direction - NOT to the religious right. We need morals and ethics back in this country as well as fiscal conservationism. But that's not the same as a move to the traditional "religious right". Morals and ethics are not OWNED by religion. The Biden smear as reported by Obama-loving Politico was not limited to any specific Tea Party member. So the two people in Iowa had a right to object to such language whether they belong to the Tea Party or not. I've given up expecting libs and moderates to see both sides of the story but if they could I think they would agree that Biden was out of line.
