    California just got a huge loss here. Losing an oil company is definitely going to affect them. They have been losing big, and not just in oil companies. But in Representation also due to having a negative migration of people. Although...that part at least might have been offset by Biden's horrible border policies in the last 4 years. But loss of big companies imo will have a larger impact. And I have no doubt that even more will leave as time goes on.
