    This…^^^^…!

Does it really surprise that the vast, vast majority of those who rail against a woman’s right to make her own reproductive decisions are…..say it with me….conservative males…!?

No surprise at all - they will often tell you what they want is this
    upload_2023-12-10_10-35-56.jpeg

But what they really want is this

Its pretty tough to figure out how birth control works, do you drink the water before you swallow a pill? After? Gets even more confusing when a doctor does it for you in their office! Dont even get me started on how hard condoms are to figure out! Like a puzzle every time!

Condoms fail 1 out of every 50 uses and that is only if they are used correctly.

Rape does happen and children cannot consent — yet republicans keep trying to force them to have those unwanted children.

And neither of those items give you the right to control another persons body.

We give more bodily rights to cadavers than we do women in some red states.

But I'll bet you the vast majority of unwanted pregnancies did not involve a condom being used.

this is exactly why government can't be involved in deciding, this is a time sensitive decision and the right trying to play out the clock, that is their only goal

Clearly you aren’t up to speed on this situation. Psst…this was a wanted pregnancy that has gone horribly bad. Educate yourself on the situation before you spew nonsense.

Odd you haven’t taken the time to read up on the story. One would think if you’re going to comment on it that you should at least be educated on the situation.
Again, this was a PLANNED and WANTED pregnancy until her unborn baby was diagnosed with a fatal genetic condition, and is not expected to live more than a few days outside the womb, along with complications in her pregnancy putting her health at risk.
I would think since you care about life so much that it would include the mother’s life. Not too mention you’d think you’d not want the baby to be forced to be born only to suffer for the couple of days it has to live. That sounds like something a sadistic person would want. You don’t strike me as a sadistic person.

And it still doesn’t give you the right to steal someone’s bodily autonomy

I think if they choose to birth a life they have a duty to make sure it is not born with medical issues or physical impairments.

    That is their choice.

It should also be their choice to not have an unwanted being taking from them against their will.

Should we force all people to donate their organs when they die? Why does a cadaver have more rights to their body than women do in your right wing world?

I dont think you are fully appreciating the advances in birth control though.

Hmm if we charge them with a crime and remove baby (strip moms right to baby)once birthed due to the drinking and drug use, is it really their choice?

He’s had this same point explained several times. One is left to conclude that there is either some cognitive impairment at play, or he is simply being wilfully ignorant…

Yeah and who are the ones using the condoms?? 15% failure rate for “typical use” because men can’t figure out which way up the thing is supposed to go! And that is of course not including “stealthing”

LARCS are expensive and it is no coincidence that 70% of abortions are for women living on or under the poverty line

Are you appreciating the fact that it is ACCESS AND AFFORDABILITY!!
    upload_2023-12-11_8-44-28.png

The right has been trying for decades to reduce PP presence nd yet that is one of the main sources where women can get LARCs

You are already doing that - women who have had miscarriages and still births have been jailed despite the fact there was no proof that what they were doing caused the harm
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/ar...iscussion has emerged,to four years in prison.

    Ok

Since the critical window for teratogenic changes is within the first three months and the earlier in the pregnancy the more likely it is - tell me are all women to refrain from all teratogenic substances just in case they are pregnant ? Remember alcohol is teratogenic as are many other medications

They are impacting another sentient being at that point.
