Texas Governor Admits Anti-Abortion Law Was About Restricting Abortion

    More here.

Well, at least he had the courage to admit what was clear to both SCOTUS & every rational adult with an eyebrow capable of rising to bs. Shame on these lawmakers for cowering behind pseudo-concern for women's health in order to get around RvW. Only if HB2's supporters could be so honest.

That's like having a press conference to confirm, once and for all, that trees are indeed made out of wood.

    BREAKING NEWS:

The chicken eggs you buy at the supermarket come from chickens!

I would be and am honest that this is and should be the law of the land, and the intention. We saw what Gosnell did in Philadelphia and if you didn't, I'll be happy to link you: This is the main reason for the fight.

Considering the likes of Planned Parenthood also target low-end neighborhoods and you can see why we can't allow this second-hand practice to continue. If Abortion really is "health care" or "medicine", it should have the legal facilities to do so. And if that takes a decade, it'll take a decade. But it'll be worth it.

The Texas governor just admitted to what everyone in Texas has known since the law was passed.

It was an underhanded way to restrict abortions by putting unnecessary regulations on them.

Wait a minute.........................aren't the conservatives AGAINST unnecessary regulations? Oh wait...........that's only when it comes to Big Pharma, Big Oil and Gas. Go ahead and poison the water and air, but leave the unborn alone, they have a right to live (even if only for a couple of years in a toxic environment).

He wasn't honest, he has no courage ...he just acknowledged ""what was clear to both SCOTUS & every rational adult with an eyebrow capable of rising to bs"""

There is nothing courageous or honest about denying half the population their rights....he's a cowardly misogynistic scumbag...

That's some b.s that they made up so that they could slap as many restrictions on them as they could come up with.

Considering that most abortions are now done with pills, there is no reason that the doctors need admitting privileges? Especially when you consider that if there WERE to be complications, the women would already be at home?

And requiring the buildings to be up to hospital standards, when they aren't anything more than a clinic is just absurd. They want to restrict the buildings so that they can restrict the doctors. Do hallways REALLY need to be able to accomodate 2 gurneys side by side? Especially when you consider that 99 percent of the patients are ambulatory (meaning they can walk by themselves)?

for them to ban guns it will require the majority of people to be against freedom which is against human nature, but this is very simple to understand that abortion is murder.
