If you do require specific details I suggest you go look it up so you'll be a little bit more familiar with law so you will know things like this and not have to ask people to do the basics

Pull your head out of those pro-gun propaganda sites-- the majority of Republican voters, think we need more gun regulation. It is only a relatively small, fringe group of gun enthusiasts-- and, of course, the gun manufacturers-- who are against any new gun laws.
