    No. It is either penises or penes, whichever you prefer. Spellcheck prefers penises, as do several members of the clergy and male Republican officials.

    No. The plural form of words ending in "i" are from Greek. Fungus and fungi or cactus (kakto), campus, so on. Allof those words are rooted in Greek. Penis comes from Latin and it means tall. Sono it wouldn't end in i, it doesn't come from Greek.

    on the one hand, if I support him doing it, I'm not being very humane....

    on the other, I don't want to be attacked by the Homophobic Right for "infringing on his religious liberties" by opposing him doing it?
