Their kids are eligible for free education. And ERs are all free of you don’t speak English and have no ID. And all you have to do is pump out a baby and you’re on instant welfare. Why do you think so many show up at the border pregnant?

No free stuff? Are you ****ing kidding?

Nothing in the past justifies where Biden has taken our borders and the crisis that is occurring. It mitigates NOTHING. There was a surge in 2019 and NO Texas nor the Trump administration were fine with it and they did something, they put resources into more border security IN SPITE of the Dems put in place the stay in Mexico and turn arounds at the border and the surges dropped DRAMATICALLY. We topped TWO MILLION last year a record and were are already on target to go WAY PAST that.

Imagine the nerve of that dipshit writing a pointless letter just to get his mindless base more riled up about scary Mexican families trying to cross the border. Dude doesn't even give a **** if his own people in his State has power.

LMAO, I swear to God, reds sure do elect some dumb ass ****sticks to power.

Was the border secure in 2019 or did we have open borders?

The point I am making is that there is very little the President can do.

Congress is 100% to blame for the situation at the border, only Congress can fix it.

Apparently the process is so complex that that takes years. Again go back to congress simplifying work visas

So what if it takes time. There should be no shortcuts for those wishing to scam our immigration system. Plus, plenty of other applicants who who don't take cuts in line to obtain work visas are willing to wait their turn.

Ha! Well, just to start with, once they hit the border, nothing will do but that they must be given a place to sleep, food, clothes, medical attention, and access to communication to their 'migrant advocacy' groups (Gee... the ACLU and their minions come immediately to mind....) an immigration lawyer, on and on.... This can go on for days, weeks, months....

Oh, but the ones who have been planning their invasion for a while usually get women pregnant, and then, just as they're about to *pop*, the women, their "husbands", and "immediate family" come piling across the border, whereupon Mamacita gives birth! This is known as the "anchor baby" technique and it works perfectly, because under current U. S. law, the baby is automatically a UNITED STATES CITIZEN as soon as it takes its first breath! Everybody is thrilled, especially the baby's many brothers, sisters, etc., et al....

The mother of an "anchor baby" would not be able to become a citizen through that child until the child is 26 years old, and would be an absolute best case scenario.

For the brothers or sisters of that mother, it would be about 40 years before they would able to become citizens, again, in the best case scenario.

GOOD POINT! There isn't one, Bower. When Trump was president I gnashed my teeth at the idea of building a damned "wall" because I knew that wasn't going to work! I favored sealing the border shut to all migration for a 'cooling-off' period of at least five years, to give us time to deal with all the illegal migration that we were already in all the way up to our earlobes. BUT, of course nobody wanted to do something like that. I also advocated roving intercept patrols of U. S. military personnel, backed up by armed aerial surveillance drones, but nobody wanted to do that, either.

SO, here we are in about as much in the middle of a gigantic pile of **** as you can be... and without any useful solution. But what Joe, Kamala-la-la, and those other America-hating idiots are doing is making things even WORSE, if you can imagine that....

Did I say that "Mamacita" becomes a citizen automatically? NO?! Somebody's not paying attention! :nana:

I said that the ANCHOR BABY automatically becomes a citizen as soon as it takes its first breath! But, sure, Mamacita gets to stay, and so does Papacito, and all the immediate family.

Hint: I was born in Texas a million years ago, and I lived on, or very near the border with Mexico, for several years... I watched all this illegal and fraudulent 'migration' horseshit take form and develop in its monstrosity over a lifetime. It's unbelievably destructive, and it's not going to stop now! I hope you're a 'twenty-something' and get to watch it all get even worse during YOUR own long lifetime, too.... And while you're enjoying the spectacle, you'd better learn Spanish... you're going to need it before much longer.

The parents don't get to stay.

There isn't anything in the law that prevents the parents of a newborn citizen from being deported.

If you believe there is, show us.

You don't know what you are talking about and are just parroting stuff you've been fed.

In theory, the parents (and the rest of the gang) are eligible for deportation, but that never happens. In nearly all cases, the parents are made permanent custodians of the anchor baby, on American soil, until it achieves 'majority', many years later. This is done as the only practical alternative to putting anchor baby into the foster care system (which is absolute anathema to any hyperliberal, sob-sister social-worker). Oh, I almost forgot -- because anchor baby is an American citizen from day-one, it's eligible for the whole smorgasbord of American welfare and subsidy programs -- and, thus, so are anchor baby's "custodians"!

Never forget, the final decisions surrounding deportation depend on "prosecutorial discretion" -- and under a bunch of America-hating creeps like the cabal in Biden's three-ring circus, you have already seen what THAT amounts to....

What about the scores of just plain decent people who think much much worse than that of Abbott?

Already down to one-word replies that say nothing...? You disappoint me. Most of those who dispute every word I say usually do a more thorough job than that.... Well, let me know when you find a single verifiable case where the parent of an anchor baby has been deported. With the sole exception of something like a statistically-negligible, proven 'criminal' situation, I've never heard of, or read about even one.

Biden is in the pocket of big business so this letter is very naive.

You need to back up your posts with some links, or you can continue to rant invalid assertions.

Abbott needed his political theatre, just like his bussing of immigrants to the interior.

OK... well, pardon me if I forego refuting your refutation! It's like playing shuttlecock... we can do this forever, or until one of us loses interest. Go spend at least a year in either Del Rio, Texas, or El Paso, Texas (I actually have), and then get back to us. Maybe you'll know something both useful and accurate by that point.... ¡Hasta luego! 8)
