Medvedev and Putin are terrified that the protest movement will gain momentum this week end .
So today Medvedev gave a total BS speech , promising what he can never deliver and praying that people will stay indoors this Saturday and Sunday .
The Russian people are not stupid and will reject his nonsense . It may rebound on the dwarves because adults do not like being treated as children .

In the waning days of his presidency, Dmitry Medvedev today unveiled a set of reforms during his annual Address to the Federal Assembly, which many took as a nod to the emergence of a vocal opposition at recent anti-administration protests in Moscow that have brought tens of thousands out to the streets. Yet with little time left in his term and a track record of inspiring speeches that have led to little change, analysts are skeptical that the promised reforms will get off the ground before Mevedev likely hands over the presidency to Vladimir Putin in March

Only truly very dumb rulers can believe they can fight against own people.
Putin will lost definitively his power, not today, then tomorrow, the most interesting question is where they will flee and how many money they will take with.
