He can’t pardon himself or any of his co-conspirators for a State conviction. He, theoretically, could be elected and spend his term in the jailhouse rather than the White House.

The BEST part of this indictment is that it covers the CONSPIRACY to overthrow the duly elected government of We the People.

Individual 1 is going to be in for a hard time behind bars because who wants to be a cell mate with someone who NEVER stops WHINING about being the VICTIM?

I just finished reading the indictment (Anklageschrift, in German).

In order to prove a RICO conspiracy, the prosecution must prove beyond all doubt at least 2 acts that prove that a racketeering enterprise really does/did exist. The indictment lines out, in fine detail, *161* such acts. And they brought receipts.

Also, RICO activity can cross over and therefore also be followed over state boundaries. That is a very important detail.

RICO also carries stiffer penalties and the GA AG is an expert on such cases. She is obviously the best person to be the side of Law and Order in this historic case. The outcome will be in every school book for as long as the nation survives.

You still don't get it, do you. Trump has ignored the law all his life. He's a temperamental and innate criminal.

    FAKE NEWS

Trump brokered peace with North Korea. Obama should hand over his Nobel peace prize to Trump.

This is all FAKE NEWS. Kim surrendered to Trump. North Korea is now a satellite state of the USA. But you won’t find that reported anywhere because the media hates Trump.

The Democrats can keep piling this crap on, but they might be overplaying their hand. Some people see what this is; the use of the legal system to destroy a political opponent.

I don’t want Trump to be re-elected president, but this sets a dangerous precedent. Americans need to wake up to what the Democrats have become. They are now a facist party that will use any means to gain and assume complete political power. The bad part is you might have to vote for Trump in the general election to slow them down. Less than 50% of the voters might want that, but it might be required to stem the out of control behavior of the Democrats.

Back in 1974, newspaper editorists, like Tom Wicker, wrote that stopping and removing Nixon saved our democracy. The situation is graver now because Nixon was just one man. He had Republican Party loyalty on a temporary basis, but there was now no “Nixon Party” to keep his lawless behavior going. When he was gone, the catastrophe was averted.

Now we have an entire political party to is bent on domination by the misuse of the legal system. Once they have done that, physical force and political imprisonment will be their next options.

Does prosecuting someone who committed a crime amount to misuse of the legal system?

When you manufacture reasons for indictments it is. When you can use false accusations to ruin people financially for political reasons, it is very wrong.

Do you have an interest in investigating the activities of Joe and Hunter Biden? If not, you have some soul searching to do.
