So you IGNORE the GOP's deliberate MISUSE of the LEGISLATIVE and COURT appointment systems because that BENEFITS the Xtofascist agenda that are existential threats to our democracy while PRETENDING that UPHOLDING the Law of the Land is "misuse"?

Assbackwards somehow just doesn't cover this egregious level of hypocrisy.

But the system is NOT being misused. It is working exactly as it is supposed to work, catching criminals and bringing them to justice.

You just don't like the fact that Trump is one of those criminals.

And if it ends up that Biden's son Hunter is also one of those criminals, then he should also be brought to justice.

And that phrase is just as ridiculous today as it was 40 years ago.

    Important news:

First, Fulton County DA Fani Willis wants to bring the sprawling RICO case in Georgia to trial in March, 2024. I am quite sure this is NOT going to happen. Alone, in many RICO cases, jury selection can take months to do.

Second, now with confirmed reports that Trump supporters doxx'ed every single one of the grand jurors, meaning, their and their families lives are in danger, this means that most likely, a sequestered jury for the trial will be necessary. Good luck finding completely neutral jurors willing to be holed-up in a seedy hotel for 8 weeks just because Trump is a dangerous sonofabitch. And he truly is a completely unhinged, dangerous sonofabitch.

Though Trump did not directly doxx those grand jurors (in Georgia, the names of the jurors are published in the indictment), he is known to influence his followers to do what he wants ("be there on January 6th, it's gonna be wild"...) so it is entirely likely that he let it be known that his willing minions do this. The fact that MAGA monsters of this type would stoop this low only serves to prove how incredibly NAZI'esque the so-called MAGA movement is. NAZIs do this kind of stuff. Patriotic, America-loving Americans don't do this kind of stuff. Also, a freaky MAGA woman in California left a voicemail message for Judge Chutkin and threatened to kill her. That crazy-assed MAGA ******bag has already been arrested.

I have no idea how many MAGA people are this criminal and unpatriotic - surely, a small minority of them are not - but rest assured, if the MAGAs think that their bullying will work in '24, they are in for a world of surprise and hurt. Because if they choose to get violent and murderous, the full force of the law in a country still based on law and order (something that Republicans seem to hate these days) will crush them.

We are in for a very rough ride, unless of course, Trump turns himself in, gives up, confesses and takes his lumps. Our would would be so better off without him on the scene in any way.

    Where is his Michigan Indictment?
Probably thinking it's a waste of money. If any of the other charges stick he's in prison/exile for the rest of his life.

Scott McAfee picked the short straw and will be the Judge in the Georgia case.

He is the newest and youngest judge of the 19 in Fulton County, considered solidly conservative (member: Federalist Society) and was Kemp's IG (Inspector General). He also worked under Fani Willis. He is considered above reproach and respected by all sides.

So, assuming this thing doesn't get moved to the Federal Court of N. Georgia, he is going to be the judge, and just about as level-headed and even-keeled as they come.

And you had such high hopes!

As a Professional Black Woman, Fani Willis Embarrasses Us

'As a Black woman and working professional, I've never been a huge fan of affirmative action and the recent rise of critical theory, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives has only bolstered my resistance. I can sum up why these measures are an unmitigated disaster for hard-working Black Americans in two words: Fani Willis.'

'Willis is the prosecutor in one of the nation's major cities and most high profile cases against former President Donald Trump. Her position and the historic nature of the case she is prosecuting put her in an elite class most Black people will never even dream of reaching. One would expect such a person to be polished and classy, and able to remain so even while responding to an uncomfortable barrage of questions on the witness stand.'

'Instead, what we got was a defiant, childish, sour woman who spoke with the sophistication of teenage girl at her first college party.'

Dang, you may have put your hopes in a real dud.

Put her lover on State Payroll and paid him with campaign cash during sex trysts.

And any campaign cash she converted to cash for her lover, she of course should have declared it as income and paid both GA and US taxes on it. She blurted out this campaign cash for her lover while under oath, testifying, no wonder they won't ler on the stand today.

What is again that Bragg is prosecuting Trump for? Wasn't it something about campaign cash and Stormy Daniels?

'It wasn't simply that she sounded angry—she also sounded stupid.'

'FANI WILLIS: "When I took out a large amount of money on my first campaign, I kept some of the cash of that."'

'How on earth, then, does such an "accomplished" woman sound like a freshman college student while participating in the trial of the century? Her foul demeanor and childish expressions only serve to magnify the grotesque consequences diversity hiring has for Black America in general.'

'They had to stop the testimony because Fani Willis just lost her composure and screamed. Yikes'
