    Thats fair. But there's some 1500 people still being held without bail (as of mid-May anyway) 'pending investigation' with no objective limits on how long it can continue. I'm trying to gauge whether or not people recognize how dangerous it is to allow our govt that sort of power. Outlook, so far, is not good...

    By trying to interrupt the counting of the EC votes to buy more time for bullshit court cases and phony recounts. The rally was named “stop the steal”. The rally was originally scheduled for later in the month but the Trump administration urged the violent thugs to be there at exactly the time the election was being finalized in order to stop the count, which is exactly what they did. Trump and this band of rabid imbeciles were obviously attempting to over turn the election. Anyone with a triple digit IQ knows that.

Really strange video footage of the cop commanding her to get on the ground hasn't been released. From the clips that have surfaced looks like there was alot of space between her & the cop, and he could have easily retreated too.

    Use of deadly force is predicated on geography? The cop needs to justify shooting her, and his alibi has to align with policy. I don't know what "Trump did" but I know he should've had the DOJ review the shooting to determine if the cop used "reasonable force".
