She got what she deserved, and hopefully Trump will too.

I thought violent rhetoric was a bad thing? Police brutality too. Guess I was to naive not to recognize that's all a sham.

FYI, don't storm the Capital building over false claims, and none of that would have happened, period.

It happened in Seattle when BLM and Antifa tried twice to arson a federal courthouse. And liberal governors turned down protection then, too, because they wanted the chaos for political purposes.

The one that was shot was shot by government not the protesters. Read the post to which you replied.

Lots of gall in that one. (D)'s love them some "mostly peaceful" protests and civil disobedience.

It's still a death, and I still see you are not addressing all the property destruction and the assaults.

BLM has at least one thing over Trump supporters, their complaint is based on evidence. Feel free to make more invalid associations.

Yeah, at the hands of the cops. Which we were told all last year were inappropriate. Ashli was no threat to anyone, she was unarmed and murdered. But since she was white, liberals celebrate her death.

Eventually Trump supporters are going to have to deal with reality instead making up even larger yarns.

That's all conjecture that assumes Trump's position.

I asked for proof that the rally on the capital and storming the building was an attempt at overthrowing the government. Did they put Trump into the Oval Office? Were there armed guards defending the coop and take over? Was the military called up to defend such sedition?

What we had were a bunch of rednecks that went on an unauthorized tour of the building because they were mad.

But.. the left is known for being drama kings and queens.

So, at what part of that did they "Overthrow" and install their own government?

Is it against the law to rob a bank?
If I rob a bank and I fail, did I actually rob a bank?
    This is fun.....got some more?

    Were people trespassing?
Did the authorities try to stop them?
    Did police get injured?

Was the Capitol damaged by said rioters?
Did it cost us tax payers millions to fix?

I'm pretty sure pointing out his nearly complete failure as prez, the two impeachments he should have been found guilty of based on the evidence, his immorality, incompetence, corruption, nepotism, dishonesty, association with criminals, adoration of despots, lack of knowledge, traitorous behavior, and his responsibility for the Jan. 6 insurrection does not qualify as "putting him on a pedestal."

Just as attempting to commit a crime but failing doesn't equate to innocence, failing to pull off an insurrection doesn't absolve the mob (or Trump) of trying.

You're gonna have to prove that I was actually trying to rob the bank. Being in the bank, yelling because I felt the bank screwed me, and demanding resolution is not "robbing the bank".

    That's the issue.

Fine, arrest them and charge them with those things.

Millions to fix? Building a wall and fence around the capitol is not "fixing".

"The [inauguration] platform was wrecked. There was broken glass and other debris. Sound systems and photography equipment was damaged beyond repair or stolen. Two historic Olmsted lanterns were ripped from the ground, and the wet blue paint was tracked all over the historic stone balustrades and Capitol building hallways."

In the Capitol building complex, historical statues, murals and furniture were damaged, mainly from pepper spray accretions and residue from chemical irritants and fire extinguishers, requiring expert cleaning and conservation. Work crews covered gaping holes with plywood and cleared "a small mountain of debris left behind on the west and east fronts," Blanton said.

Blanton also said many lawmakers have asked his office about preserving mementos from the unprecedented violence wrought by U.S. citizens on their own Capitol. While most damaged items had to be removed because of safety concerns, he said his staff preserved the panels of the historical Columbus Doors on the east front "for a potential presentation or display."

$30 million. Sounds like a bit of an exaggeration.

They failed miserably because they were a bunch of punks who were dumb as dirt. That doesn’t mean they did not try to reverse the results of the election which they obviously did.

That's about as weak and disingenuous an analogy as I've ever seen. The actual process of certifying the vote was stopped because of physical violence against police, the Capital building, and death threats against members of Congress and the VP. Only the police prevented the House chamber from being stormed while House members were in it.

What if she were a black female at a BLM protest? Would you still agree with her demise via headshot by cop?

I see then BLM'ers never break the law or try to burn down federal buildings and police stations then. So if a BLM'er gets head shot by the police like Ms. Babbit it's totally due to racism.
