Are you prepared for your government to give back the land it stole from the Native Americans? Where will you move all the other Americans to? Israel?

Sorry, it is not. Restitution means giving something back or making up a wrong to somebody who was wronged from somebody who wronged them. That's not what AA for black college applicants at the expense of Asian applicants does. And your simple minded repetition of your claim does not substantiate it.

It is regardless of your denials.

That you refuse to address my points and instead chant your mantra in support of racial discrimination against Asian applicants says it all.

I only hope people reading you recognize you don't represent liberals, and that true liberals fight against racial discrimination against any individual.

Comes down to the best job- at the best price. Quality set the standard, price is competition that keeps it honest.

The Legal Assault on Corporate 'Diversity' Efforts Has Begun

'Conservative groups are challenging Amazon, Comcast and others using many of the same arguments that boosted minority representation in the workforce.'

Force Them To Follow Their Own Rules.

'companies are violating rules against race- and sex-discrimination, including those drawn from legislation designed to secure the rights of Americans.'

'Dozens of corporate law firms and major employers have received letters from officials warning them to adhere to laws prohibiting racial quotas and preferences in employment and contracting decisions.'

“Anything a company’s doing that is treating someone differently because of their race, even if it’s a small part of the decision-making process, is going to be scrutinized,”

There is no acceptable 'small' level of racial discrimination.

'Comcast limited a small-business grant program to companies at least 51% owned and operated by someone identifying as Black, indigenous, a person of color, or female.'

'The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, in suing Comcast in April 2022, cited the 1866 Civil Rights Act. One provision often referred to as Section 1981 says all Americans have the same rights to sue and enforce contracts. The Wisconsin Institute supports litigation promoting “individual initiative and ordered liberty that leads to prosperity.'

'when Comcast announced the next round of grants, it opened the program to all small businesses. Two months later, Comcast settled the litigation.'

STANDING UP AGAINST POLITICAL INDOCTRINATION: Doctors sue to stop mandated ‘implicit bias training.’

‘Blaming disparities in medical care on implicit bias is a lazy way out,’ doctor suing the medical board said

“Under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the government cannot compel speakers to engage in discussions on subjects they prefer to remain silent about,” the suit argued.

The doctors “have the right to teach continuing medical education courses for credit free from the condition that they include the government’s favored message and viewpoint in their courses,” it stated.

The California law at issue, enacted in 2019, requires that “all continuing medical education courses shall contain curriculum that includes an understanding of implicit bias.”

The concept “refers to stereotypical or prejudicial beliefs or attitudes that an individual may unconsciously possess toward others, which can result in discriminatory actions.”

The Courtroom is the right place for this discussion given the heavy handedness of this leftwing legislature.
