As for 2024, we shall see. F-16s are only slated to arrive sometime this summer, so that may be a bit soon for them to start operating efficiently in a major offensive. Most likely they will spend some time on defensive duties while the UAF works on making such a significant transition in air power, while also preparing for the next major counteroffensive, which of course will also depend on getting more supplies of other kinds brought in.
