Interesting list of questions that the author is NOT obligated to answer in hisbooks when he is reporting in QUOTES. Do you know what "quotes" mean? It means that they are not the authors word. He is REPORTING what other people say.

Just like when you watch FOX news. They don't answer any of those questions in their 'reportage". How can they be anything other than a fiction channel?

Its hilarious that in order to defend their fearless leader trumpettes always point to the effect and scream - cause.
