There is a chance that considering his superior intellect, memory, and tendency for long-range strategic planning, that he wanted to wait until the urgency of the sensitive initial period of the importance of classified material passed and the material aged before he planned his attack.

So which do you think it is: . . . is he forgetful, senile, and incompetent, . . . . -or did he know and remember for 14 years that he had those docs?

The possession of the documents was a crime. Period.

How do you know the fabled missing binder isn't another lie to get Trump?

Double-down when you're caught in a contradiction. Deflections often work. But the truth is that you have changed your objection from when this conversation between us began when you suggested Biden was hiding something (possession of classified documents).

One that is never charged without attempt to obstruct or lying to investigators.

Do you believe the DoJ was too lenient when dealing with Trump? Should have they executed a search warrant immediately?

    When? Be more specific.

Should the DOJ issue a search warrant for everyone in the government?

The most important thing facing us is stopping Trump and getting him out of circulation by getting him into prison where all fascists belong.

Can you identify the section of USC that makes it a crime? The specific paragraph?

He knew for 14 years but probably didn't remember for the last couple or so.

First of all, that seems to be aimed at someone who lets the document “get away”, so to speak. Not the person who takes it.
Leaving that aside, what was Joe’s act of gross negligence? It’s got to be well beyond simple negligence.

If they are knowingly committing a felony, what do you think should be done?

They don't have to know. The law says a crime has been committed if classified material has been lost, or unsecured because of gross negligence.

Read this part carefully, multiple times if need be...

"Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document"

Did Biden have "lawful possession" of the documents that through gross negligence were stored in his garage?

So what should the DOJ have done to Trump?

The same thing they did to Biden, Pence and Clinton. It's called "equal protection under the law".

So negotiate to have the documents returned? And if they refuse to hand them over, what should happen?
