Meaningless drivel from someone unwilling to back up his own words with actual action.

There is ZERO, none, zilch, nada, goose egg, bupkis chance of Trump even bringing a "malicious prosecution" case here. No lawyer would touch it.

And even if he were able to find some bottom barrel feeder lawyer willing to entertain the notion HE. WILL. LOSE. I suspect that any such attorney might be brought up on ethics charges and possibly have his license revoked like John Eastman.

I'd say.... wait and see. When the people have had enough of this crap, they will turn on that trash and destroy them. They may be so stupid they won't understand until everything falls apart around them- but they are already conditioned to blame and hate rather than solve problems, it's just a matter of who they target. When they see the payoff is damage to themselves- The SHWHTF.

    Too shy then.
    Fine.
Come up with something else for the wager.
You know, other than one of us must die.
And while you're at it define the specific terms to determine who wins.

The conditioner in chief of blame and hate is one Donald J. Trump.

    Hahahaha "malicious prosecution."

Can't wait until "law & order" MAGA starts saying this about gangsters and other criminals. Or is it only Trump that gets the free pass to break laws without recourse?

So the misrepresentation of material facts on a financial statement is the very definition of fraud.

We're still waiting for a conviction to be final.
    Over 40 investigations.
    8 years.
If trump wasn't convicted of something that would be embarrassing, wouldn't it?

    I keep asking the question:
Is trump really that innocent, or are his persecutors that incompetent?
And the answer keeps coming back: yes.

The answer keeps coming back to: You get too much of your information about the legal system from Law & Order

In an episode of L&O the story follows from the crime to the conviction/acquittal of the suspect and seems to take place over a matter of weeks, at most.

That is NOT how the real judicial system works....add to that the fact that Trump is a MASTER of gumming up the judicial system to insert delay after delay after delay.

In cases as complicated as the ones Trump faces now taking years to investigate to finally indicting them is not unheard of. It's actually pretty common. Once the indictment is handed down then come all of the pretrial motions and hearings (things seldom addressed on L&O) and these themselves can take months...add to that a defendant that is doing everything in his power to slow these proceedings down. And then in Florida we have a judge who is not only inexperienced but is clearly in the tank for Trump doing everything in her power to slow things down even more.

Make no mistake, Trump is guilty of some (if not most or all) of the charges against him. The Florida case is open and shut. But Trump wants (actually NEEDS) to delay these things until after the inauguration (assuming that he is elected) so he can try to use the DOJ to make all of this go away.

You want to ask yourself a question, then ask this.

If Trump truly is not guilty of the charges against him then why is he dragging out the proceedings? I know that if I were being tried on false charges I would want my day in court as soon as possible. Every day that I am under indictment is another day in which my reputation is being tarnished. Every day without an acquittal is another day where I appear to be guilty. If that goes on long enough no one is going to remember that I was acquitted, they'll just remember that I was under indictment for months.

    Ah.
So your biggest complaint seems to be that trump "gums up the works" when hes being investigated/tried.

No need for the old boy to avail himself of legal rights everyone else has, he's guilty and needs to just turn himself in.

Yep. The answer to my question is: yes.

    No.
Trump has the right to avail himself of all LEGAL rights.

Trump goes beyond that. His lawyers have been sanctioned for filing frivolous motions designed only to delay things.

So, lemme get this straight. I have some commercial property. I really don't need to get any appraisal because I know the bank will. I am busy and tell my workers to put something together for the bank and, like Biden signing a Gay proclamation on Easter, I sign the 200 page submission knowing the bank will ignore it.

How is that fraud when I PAID for the appraisal from an independent party that I knew the bank would get?

That's what the dems keep telling you- while they are trashing your country before your eyes, and you keep believing them. Awesome.

    Biden Christmas Message
This Christmas Eve, my wish for you and your family is that you take a few moments of quiet reflection and find that stillness that's at the center of the Christmas story. May you find peace in this silent night. And warmth from those surrounding you.

    Trump Christmas Message
    May they rot in hell

That's all that needs to be said.

I don't know how many times I have to say this.

THERE WERE FACTUAL MISREPRESENTATIONS IN HIS FINANCIAL STATEMENT.

    Factual Misrepresentations aka LIES

He lied on his financial statements. Period. That's all she wrote.

He then signed said financial statements. As Truman said "The Buck Stops Here"

And Biden removes the element of religion from easter sunday at the white house easter celebration. Trump on the other hand, puts out a bible....

And while Trump did say that phrase... It was specifically directed at the people bent on destroying America. Apparently, you didn't do your homework again.
Or just decided to take it out of context; distort the message to fit the dem agenda to achieve that goal..... like a good democrat minion?

ANY Christmas message that contains the phrase "MAY THEY ROT IN HELL" is disgusting.
    Trump is disgusting.

If you think this somehow absolves Trump you are sadly, sadly, sadly mistaken.

Why? You think it absolves the trashing of the nation, the freedom of the people by not mentioning it?
I would wonder if you recognize that the people who are on the other side of this want to destroy Christmas and religion as well?

The old adages about the forked tongue is something we see from the left everyday. There is no honor among them.
They say it's rightful to go over the top in attacking those they hate.... But it's ugly and vicious for anybody to point them our for doing it.
You have to be very twisted to think that way.

I agree with Trump on this. The people who would trash our nation and our society- May they rot in Hell. They deserve it.
They put themselves in that position, they are what they are because they choose to be.

You and I have a very different opinion on what constitutes "trashing our nation and our society". Fine
But I would NEVER EVER in a Christmas message (and I'm an atheist) tell someone that they should "rot in hell"

Trump is a narcissistic blowhard who only cares for himself. But as long as he hates the same people you hate then that's fine.

The people who hate Trump- hate him as a person, ignore the capacity to do the job and what he's done.
The people who despise Biden look at the job he's doing- and that tells them what his values are and what his level of incompetence and dishonesty is.

Those who criticize Joe have just cause. Those who criticize Trump are parroting propaganda and emotional BS, because they are unable to think for themselves.
Joe hasn't done anything right in the eyes of responsible people. He does however get approval from those who want something for nothing; free money, etc. He buys minions. Trump earns support because of what he does for the country.

The facts prove it. take off the blinders and look- it's crystal clear.

It might be setting up Trump to win the election, too.

    Lessons Trump Has Learned

'Americans are livid that nearly one-third of their buying power and savings have been wiped out by inflation, which Mr. Biden’s tax-borrow-and-spend budget proposals promise to continue. American prestige and power have been diminished around the world. Our southern border is a disaster. Mr. Biden seems to care more about illegal immigrants than the rights and prosperity of Americans. On cultural issues, can anyone doubt that Mr. Biden and his “woke” staff side with the transgender activists who shouted “We’re coming for your children” last summer in New York?'

'The Democrats’ chances of holding or improving their position in Congress are equally dubious. They hold their majority in the Senate by a single seat. And they must defend 23 Senate seats, with Republicans having to defend only 10, none of which is seriously vulnerable. And the closely divided House is likely to follow the result of the presidential race.'

'Taking all this into account, it’s within reason to expect Republicans to capture both the White House and Congress.'

The felony conviction will be an obvious farce aimed at election rigging.
