    and again your misrepresent my comment, read the actual specification established by PP vs Casey and you will find that it states no undue burden . .therefore your comment "Undue burden discourages women from having abortions. " would be illegal.

    In this regard the US Supreme Court really needs to intervene to strike down the TRAP laws. As I've noted denial of access is denial of the Right.

    My best example are the restrictions placed on Planned Parenthood in Texas where Republican imposed conditions that weren't based upon "medical risks" in general but instead were based exclusively upon for the nefarious purpose of closing abortion clinics. Yes, abortion clinics do use anesthetics in many abortions, often local but sometimes general anesthetics and with that use comes some risk for the patient. So do dentists and their patients face the identical risk factors. If the concern was patient risk then the same criteria would exist for dentists as it does for abortion providers but the law ignored the identical risks that a person faces at their local dentist. The law wasn't about addressing the risks of anesthetics but instead was exclusively about closing abortion clinics.

    The Courts should strike down the law based upon the simple fact it was nefarious legislation designed to deny access to abortion clinics by women which violated their Right to an abortion.

    14th Amendment - Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    Do tell me where the unborn are mentioned?

    Well lookie there, nothing about having to be born to be a person is there? Do tell me where during an abortion there was due process to convict the unborn of a crime?
    I am fully aware of what SCOTUS ruled, and they got it wrong, and it's not the first time SCOTUS has gotten it wrong. All this section is saying when referring to the unborn is that the unborn are not citizens, because they are not born, not that they are not people.

    There is nothing you have to say that is of the slightest interest to me given the way you twist, squirm and misrepresent things of which your obviously have little understanding. you have even done it in your comment above .. i'd suggest you go read what led up to my comment, but it would be pointless as all you will do is twist, and squirm a little more.

    I will live knowing I fight for what I feel is right for the country that I love. I am quite comfortable and realistic about it.
