    LOLOL....

Most of Saudi's power plants have been built from the 1970s forward.. and MOST are gas fired.

Saudi Arabia consumes less than 3 million barrels per day.

But here's the reality - It might happen 10-20 years after she would leave office, if elected, but it sure as snot wouldn't happen while she is in office.

You do know it takes years to explore, and find new oil fields right?

There's also the reality that the amount of easily drilled/extracted oil is pretty slim? It's only because oil is above 70 bucks a barrel that the Tar Sands in Canada and other locked oil resources are able to be utilized. It costs more to extract oil from those sources. That means all by itself that if oil were to drop below 70 dollars a barrel, all these so called reserves that America has will once again go untapped.

Michelle Bachman is talking lies to try and convince you she can do these things. She is a crackpot liar. Just look at the anemic amount of legislation she has introduced over the years. She's been a waste as of a member of congress since elected.

Michelle Bachman could easily bring the price of gas down in the U.S by regulating energy speculation and vastly increasing leveraging margins on short selling. It would bring the cost of crude down by 40% on average.

I dont believe that she would do it for a second.

We read a lot of that around here. Paul's crazy, Bachman is crazy, Palin is an idiot.
Wouldn't one have a better case if one were a bit more precise as to why, and evidence it somehow?
Not a Bachman fan by any means, but please, what's with the regurgitated mantra?

/Why? Simply because lots of us have never seen such insipid candidates in our entire lifetimes. Makes even Carter look like a (*)(*)(*)(*) genius.

Huh? Well, if you must go that route, then may I politely point out that one of these geniuses is in the WH?

A community organizers (on record), a radical inept leader (as we witness now), but yes, he knows how to handle a teleprompter aptly. Not sure how difficult that is, I haven't tried, but I noticed that, when he ad libs, he stutters worse than GW.
Now, what makes these candidates crazy? Some may be inexperience to be POTUS, so was BO, some may just be giving lip service, so does BO, but crazy?
Why? Most of them are more accomplished than you and I put together. So where does that leave the two of us.
    Make your case, please.

Oil prices are derived in part based on speculation. So if it looks like exploration and drilling will be encouraged.....prices fall.

    Want new jobs..??

She can do it. NUCLEAR POWER!!!! Autherize 100 new nuclear plants across America. Make electric cars affordable to plug into the wall. This will greatly reduce demand of fossil fuels making gas cheap.

Odd one to follow, that is for sure. A Canadian who served in Nam, a Priest (and from back in that time frame is 8-10 years theology etc) and apparently a truck driver at some point as well...and kept calling Ron Paul an old man...lol

Probably from Windsor. They have a monument there, actually from 3American Vietnam Vets, honoring the Canadians who did go to Nam, since the Canadian government would not honor them for years and years.
