    We are everywhere .
    Russia agreed to NATO troops and equipment using Russian air space a long time ago ----at least a couple of years from memory .
    Anything that makes a future invasion easier is good . rofl .

    MOSCOW, March 12. ITAR-TASS reported. In Ulyanovsk, could only be established freight transshipment point for NATO in Afghanistan, but not "a NATO base," as they write about some of the media. This was stated by Chairman of the Duma Defense Committee Vladimir Komoyedov.

    "Afghan security forces are not able to restrain yourself an extremist pressure, it is believed that continued engagement with the United States and other NATO countries on the transit through Russian territory of so-called non-lethal cargo. In accordance with Russian legislation, the cargo through the territory of the Russian Federation, will be inspected by customs authorities ... transshipment point in Ulyanovsk is not a military base in NATO or the United States. "

    Meanwhile, as confirmed by ITAR-TASS in committee, the establishment of a trans-shipment point in Ulyanovsk is still only under consideration, and it is a "commercial project".

    Actually I do think exactly that .
    It is the one big worry I have about the US being able to continue its Global War Fare Strategy .

    [/QUOTE]Post on a different Topic
    I will give you a , Ray secret , but don't mention it to the Silly Hillys .
    There are at least three ways to make a War a growing side economy .
    First example .
    Take Iraq . In 2006 , Property and infrastructure prices were on the floor . If you bought then , your profit now is around 1400 % . Dinar versus Dollar , Then and now .
    Exactly what the US did .They are trillions ahead on paper .
    Second . All war scenarios present profit opportunities. Basic theory behind Global War Fare and behind economic hidden stability .Or secret growth .
    If you are lucky , your internal "War" production costs are shown as exports which pay for ongoing "War" needs .
    Lastly , the country that has been flattened needs re-building . Terrific profit potential .Hundreds of billions US $.
    This is ultimate "Banking" , and as Sir Michael said , " Not many people know that" .

    @Rogozin
    Tired of reading about "the U.S. base near Ulyanovsk." Let me explain: it is a so-called "multimodal transit of non-lethal cargo."
