Making it a Constitutional amendment is much harder to have it challenged in court and much harder to have it repealed if passed as a state constitutional amendment.

I should have said selective frustration(women and women's choices are not big on my radar. There, I lean towards Oz where there shouldn't be a federal law unless it meets in the middle, and as long as states don't enact prohibition-like statues.) there's WAY bigger fishes to fry, and the voters poorly misunderstood that.

And because they misunderstood that, they lost the opportunity to make decisive change for the American People and basically gave the current leadership a pass. The 2022 midterms is what I'm gonna term the bailout election. The Democratic Party is our GM/Ford and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They got bailed out in this election cycle and just like I was against the financial bailouts, I'm also against this political bailout because the apparatus of the DNC and POTUS Biden will not make changes.

Biden is a stealth politician. He appears to not be there at all until he is suddenly leading in the rescue helicopters
