And he was wrong. Whats your point? The goverment has every interest to ensure that organizations do not infringe on the rights of others. However, the government made it legal for them to do so then failed to establish and enforce the necessary regulations to ensure theyre doing it properly. Which is impossible by the way, and perhaps, by design. Therefore, my Soviet reference stands quite well in this senerio. Mortgage lending practices were loosened in the name of equality and fairness. The banks knew they couldent stay in business with such a practice so they sold them to the GSE's which ware by design implemented in the CRA to take the weight off of these banks. Obamacare does the same thing with insurance companies through the individual mandate to lessen their load as incurred by the government by the bill itself. You want to see who favored higher regulations for the two GSE's who held 80% of the mortgage backed securities, and thereby, allowing the banks to be profitable in making these loans to people who could not afford them in the name of "fairness?" I kinda like the fact that she didnt allow her skin color determing how she was going to make fun of welfare culture. Of course black welfare culture certainly isnt the only one out there. However, theyre certainly the most open about it. Whites are more likely to be ashamed of welfare.
