Irrelevant to the OP. The OP makes the case that armed teachers did not stop this shooting and as such the idea itself is shown to be false. If no teachers were armed then the premise of the OP is false.

we will never know how many teachers were armed - this is Texas after all

many Churches are now arming themselves, School will most likely be next... thoughts and prayers do not work

The entire premise of this thread is garbage because the eyewitnesses at the event were urging the police to go into the school while the shooting was occurring and they were not entering the school.

Of course if you don't confront the shooter it doesn't matter if you have a gun or not

Yes like the Las Vegas shooter was “stopped by a person with a gun” mind you that was himself but still he was shot by a person with a gun!

 

I have to agree with Jim Jeffries - people who suggest this obviously have forgotten what school was like! We had a teacher - back in the day when they were allowed to - who was deadly accurate with a piece of chalk. Top of the ear every single time - and he was considered one of the milder mannered teachers!

I know what I'd want if I was going after a mass shooter.... I would want a chair instead of a gun....
