Death threats and other means of intimidation being made against public officials involved in ongoing cases for which Trump is a defendant are of little consequence.

The deep state exists.

Immigrants illegally crossing the border are sub-human vermin.

The prosecutors who have followed the grand jury's instructions to indict Trump and his co-defendants are part of a grand election interference scheme.

The US-Mexican border is open.

Yes no one should be in jail for four years for aggravated trespassing. If there are actual death threats arrest the twerps that made them. As it happens most of these so call death threats are little more than people calling in and saying in often rather colorful language that they will never vote for that scum bag again. Man made global warming in light of actual scientific evidence is little more that a govern scheme to advance bureaucratic power. I don't like the term hoax it sounds comparatively benevolent compared to the real motive behind it. The number of guns in the country has literally nothing to do with the level of violence in same allowing for all other possible influences. Note the deep state is a best a reference to the Administrative state's intelligence apparatus. If you think that doesn't exist well I don't have words they'll let me use here to describe that sort of naivete.
A good many of them crossing our southern border have lengthy criminal records.

Oh please the grand Jury only exists because the prosecutor called it into being and showed it only the information the prosecutor thought would get him the directive he sought. You should at least try to do something that vaguely approaches reality.

Open would be a more than adequate description of a border that has allowed more people into country into the last three years than in the previous 2 decades.

Yes. Intent is a major requirement for said criminal charges. If you take a look at the past convictions involving this law, intent was always a factor. In fact, some case law says it would be illegal to exclude intent. Either way, the FBI doesn't prosecute this crime without intent.

I thought that before I even heard the name Bragg. Perhaps you are projecting the fact that you get all of your "news" from psycho sites like Breitbart and InfoWars and never consult primary sources. Do you know what a primary source is?
