    Iraq wanted our troops out and Obama was re-elected on getting our boys out of W's mess. So no, the SOFA W negotiated wasn't going to be changed in any way, shape or form. To think otherwise is disingenuous at best and ignorant at worst. Which is it? Republican idiot supreme W is squarely to blame for ISIS and all that ills the middle east today, period. It's like republicans block out what happened before ISIS and completely ignore we were lied to and invaded IRAQ on false intelligence by a moron who wanted to finish daddy's job. We've spent more time on Hillary and benghazi nonsense that we have on investigating chaney, rumsfeld, and W. I know these facts don't make it into idiot conservative fantasyland where Obama is responsible for the war W started. Try and educate yourself before sounding so ridiculous.

    Everything you have said is true except for one thing that was only half true.

    Bush was only partially responsible for the rise of ISIS via creation of a power vacuum/ Jihadist wonderland in Iraq.

    Obama finished the job by creating a power vacuum/ Jihadist wonderland in Syria and by supporting, arming and facilitating Islamic Extremists in Syria.
