You mean about the same amount.
Bush began with a huge budget surplus and ended with a deficit that was over a trillion dollars, Obama began with a 1.4 trillion dollar deficit, because that's what Bush left.
And that is going to add up quick. But the deficit has fallen every year Obama has been in office, and in 2014, it should be about half what it was in 2009.

All Presidents should be judhed on spending by the programs they create and stick the people with, and the programs they support. Deduct the big waste that Soc Security is from the Bush budget, put that back in the pockets of people and he is way better then Obama. Tack on all the Obamacare costs people will be paying going forward on Obama, and his support of social sec, and big welfare etc.. etc.. climate change changes, new regulations he loves - the whole thing.

False. When Bush took office the total debt was about $5.7 trillion, and it was about $10.6 trillion when he left office. And increase of about $4.9 trillion. In January this year, the debt was about $16.4 trillion, a $5.8 trillion increase from when Obama took office. A lot, but nowhere near double.

Not even close to accurate. Bush and the Republicans increased spending way faster than Obama, even with the recession.

What is the cost of the programs you support? Lets get past politicians for a minute. How much as a number do you personally think the government should spend?

Bush and Reagan.... Who was in congress during their big spending years? Etc,.,, you can't blame people for the programs they didn't create or support as is etc..,

Just like Clinton Obama is now trying to start us up with a war in Syria to take our minds of all his scandals. Everyone that pays any attention to the news knows that Obama's admin is the most crooked scandal infested admin in the last 100 years. It is filled with tax evaders, crooks, and liars.

Oh,where to start on this one---Okay first---
You say "Scandal Infested"--- You of course realize these so called "scandals" are put out by the GOPBAGGERS "accusing" OBAMA "without any evidence to begin with, then trying to "prove their accusations afterwards without "success" RIGHT?
OBAMA doesn't want to go to war with Syria--He has been criticized by McCain & Lindsay Graham for not going in sooner(Please go see the Sunday talk shows about this).
Don't know where you are getting your information, but I can tell you,I'd go somewhere else to get it if I were you. It would be a much better argument for everyone all around if we all started with the truth, don't you think?
