You can assume all you want, that won’t make a court case unless you can line the jury box with red hats.

As for speaking, unless the topic was, “Ramblings from a demented candidate,” I have no idea what anyone would pay to hear him speak.

Joe’s got a big house in the Wilmington and beachfront or on the beachfront road property in Rehoboth Beach. North Rehoboth is where the DuPonts and other multi-millionaires live. Where did Joe get all of that money?

I grew up there so l know something about the area.
