Well you wouldn’t borrow the money from a credit card company, you would just withdraw it from Your bank account because most people understand to not spend money on **** you can’t afford. Ie cash payment for all firearm related material moving forwards and the us government and the credit card companies can go fly a kite
Getting around the issue is immaterial. The fact that there IS an issue and that the issue has been created by political influence over private industry is the problem.
Right. And until there's credible evidence of someone making straw purchases, the ATF needs to mind it's own business. The number of guns purchased by an individual isn't evidence of a crime.
You're gonna hafta prove they think 2 is suspiciously large. I was thinking it would be something like several in a short time period, like if you buy three a week for several weeks in a row. Then again I really don't know what kinda volume gun runners do.
The scam is to get fake cards, use them to buy guns, and sell the guns for cash. You aren't planning on paying for them.
Buying a bunch at once or even a bunch over a few weeks is definitely worth a look. If it's all above-board what are you worried about?
I don't have to prove anything. Until there's a law limiting the number of firearms a person can purchase, there's nothing suspicious about how many firearms a person purchases.
Why would it be suspicious? Are you not aware that some people collect guns? I know people that specialize in purchasing gun collections when someone dies. They might buy 100 or more guns at a time.
How does the FBI NICS process know if 20 guns listed on a Form 4473 for a purchase from a collection are actually from a collection, or else fall into the "suspicious" category?
Really? If the gun grabbers have their way then those collections would have to be sold through an FFL and the new rule we’re talking about would have an impact.
