    No - you have yet to supply an answer to these questions:

    What guns are not collectible, and why?
    How many guns is "suspiciously large"?
    How are your responses not arbitrary and capricious?

    Well? This isn't that hard.

    Reading what you wrote, the guy who buys a car in cash must report that they did so to the gov if it was over 10k, which is not the case. You also said ANYTHING over 10,000 in cash must be reported and that is also not the case.
    I can read the conversation you had where someone claimed to have purchased a vehicle in cash and YOU stated they were supposed to declare that to the government and were explicitly clear about it having to be in cash.

    So, using the posts you made in this thread, explain how what you have written has been misinterpreted.
