Since when is it illegal to delete personal emails when there is no subpoena?

I would prefer that the lying scumbag resides in a federal penitentiary for the rest of life.

I wonder which of us will have our preference met? ;)

It was the year where Jerry Fallwell's "moral majority" hijacked the GOP.

Could you provide examples of the party canceling someone over the incorrect use of a pronoun?
Both parties spend like drunken sailors. That is a fact.

They are pressing this stuff in the schools like crazy. A rapper just got dinged for saying that we should think twice before signing up your 5 year old for hormone treatments because he said he wants to be girl.

Playing dumb and not knowing what's in the news does not refute the point.

Agreed, but politicians have learned that buying votes is the best way to stay in office. He or she who calls for cutting off some constituents' pet projects often defeated at the polls and gets no credit for trying.

Biden's whole illegal student loan push is to buy votes from the younger generation. He's been struck down once in the Supreme Court, but that's no stopping him from trying again. If Biden wants to give out student loan forgiveness to the tune of almost $500 billion, he needs to get it through Congress.

You originally stated the 'party'. Do you have any evidence of the 'party' canceling someone over the incorrect use of a pronoun?
Now, if you're talking about non-politicians, as in NOT the party, then yes, there are plenty of A holes trying to "cancel" people/companies. The rapper you mentioned and Bud Light comes to mind....:D

Good point. Most of the emails, therefore, have been recovered, right?

They would have recovered everything that was not subsequently overwritten with something else.

If the email server was not being used after she "deleted" her emails they would all still have been there.

Data is stored magnetically and all that deleting does is mark the space used by the email as free to be overwritten.

Nah! France has an extradition treaty with the USA. I don’t think Indonesia has so Bali is a possibility

If deleted normally but to be fair, no, not after BleachBit. What it does is rewrites the entire drive with 1s then 0s leaving nothing. But you are right in that a normal deletion can be recovered because when you delete normally only the file name is changed but the data remains. If you're interested I use Testdisk for that, it's easy and free.

    Yup!

America does not have an extradition treaty with China, Indonesia, Iran, Mongolia, Russia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and Vietnam plus several more but I have a sneaking suspicion that the Traitor-in-Chief would head for Russia given his relationship with Putin. A Dacha in Crimea on the shores of the Asov seems like just the sort of thing that would suit his tastes.
