Linking propagandist conservative websites is really not helping your argument, its actually harming it. We learn in school that the Republicans and Democrats switched, this is basic history your conservative revisionism is not going to work. Take a history test on Democrats in the 1800's and I guarantee you will get every question wrong if you go in thinking Democrats are liberal and Republicans are conservative. I know, because this happened to me and I had to retake the test lol.

It's hard to say. Look what happened in VietNam. The USA was certain they would whip those little Viet Cong in no time flat. They had more money, superior military power and an almost unlimited supply of soldiers. The Viet Cong beat them anyway. So, it's not always about wealth and "intelligence" and population numbers. I still would not want to see a race war in this country. All wars do is destroy. This country would never be the same for anybody.
The only people who talk about race wars these days are the few "new black panther" idiots, and of course bitter and out of shape internet right wingers who talk "tough" behind their computer screens, but are in reality physical cowards who live in their parents basements. Your average normal American doesn't buy into any of this right wing "race war" garbage.
It really isn't hard to say. Any real "race war" would be over very quickly. There are 13 year old white girls out there who have AR15's and train with them every day. There are militia's out there comprised mainly of whites just dying to use some of their stockpile of arms and ammo. The important difference here is that these people train with their weapons regularly. They are experts with them and can shoot very accurately. These groups do not regularly fight among themselves. They all train in a similar style and use similar tactics. It will be very easy for these groups to fight together. Compare that to groups of angry young black and Hispanic men who can't hit the broadside of a barn. Even if some of them have illegal fully automatic weapons, they will just waste more ammo. Now an economic class war would be interesting. Some of those angry young black and Hispanic men would be fighting along side some angry young white men with access to better gear and training. That would be bloody.
There will never be a class war in the USA. Because the folks with money will not tolerate any threat to their well being. Now that's a war that would be over quickly.
Is that your wet dream? A war between Blacks and Hispanics? Would that kill two birds with one stone for you? Don't hold your breath.
It's an observation that's already kind of happening. There's nothing which suggests that the trend will change.
You are kidding yourself. The poor and lower middle class outnumber the wealthy in this country by such a number that there is very little the wealthy could do about it. Trying to employ the U.S. Military or National Guard would cause a split among those forces. Some troops might be willing to fire on American citizens but many more would be unwilling to fire at citizen militia that might very well contain friends and family members. What would an absurdly outnumbered police force do? We have seen recent examples of the kind of disruption 1 dedicated person can cause among the police. What would millions do? What do you think the government welfare program is for? It is to keep the peace among the poor. If/when their kids can't eat, that is when it will get interesting.
Rich always win in the end, even in most extreme situations like French Revolution and Russian Revolution these early "victories" were quickly overturned, and things went back to the way they were.
The Viet Cong didn't beat the U.S. forces. We simply didn't have the fortitude to do what was necessary to win. When civilian politicians start worrying about re-election instead of winning a military conflict, the outcome of that conflict is immediately in doubt.
How much do you know about Tsarist Russia or France prior to 1789? Let me clue you in...it ain't the same. The French Revolution altered the course of world history.
In neither case is that true. Over time, has corruption returned to the system? Yes. That my friend is part of human nature and it exists in every system of government. That doesn't mean we stop seeking it and stamping it out but that isn't an example of the rich always winning. As far as wealth distribution, there have always been and will always be the rich and the poor. There are always going to be some people that are smarter than others. There are always going to be people who are willing to work harder than others. The problem with revolution isn't that the "rich always win". The problem is that forced wealth distribution never works for long. When you stop taking wealth from those who actually worked for it, they stop working as hard. The problem isn't capitalism. The problem is corporate mentality and its exploitation of labor and legal protection afforded to that practice. It is very possible to be conservative and anti-corporation.
Just because you would be doomed to lose is no reason not to fight. Whatever happened to courage and convictions?
